I wish I had an interesting life! :)

I haven't written in a while so I thought I'd jump on and at least talk about something. Not a lot has been going on in my life. Which can be a good thing, but doesn't make for a lot of fun. :) I can't complain though! Life is great! I have a wonderful family and a lot of good, close friends.

I had a great weekend! I loved Conference and all of the talks. Particularly, President Wirthlin and President Uchdorf. Their words of council and testimony make me want to do better and be a better person. I take a lot for granted and complain about the most petty things sometimes, and I know I shouldn't. I have so much to be grateful for and am so blessed.

I can't wait to have a Family of my own one day and raise my children the way Heavenly Father wants me to. All of my Brothers and Sisters, and most of my friends have kids and I admire them so much. I can see how you all devote your lives and love to your kids, and hopefully I can do the same!

Bad morning

Hello Everyone, hope you are all doing great!
Just had to write my thoughts down today, because it's been a bad, frustrating day and it's barely noon. This is just my 3rd week at my new job and last friday I was sick as could be, throwing up, fever, all that fun stuff. This morning I woke up, felt great, ready to start the day! I get in my car, it barely starts and is making a horrid sound, shaking, smells like gas and the check enging light is flashing at me! So, nobody is at home to help me get to work. Luckily I'm blessed to have a wonderful Boss who told me I'd be okay if I couldn't get to work today. But still, I'm trying to work hard and make a great impression. Doesn't it seem like - when things in your life start to work out and get on the right track, that bad things happen!!?? I really don't have ANY room to complain. But I just needed to vent this morning! :) The weekend was great though. I spent a lot of time with my nieces and nephews. I love them to death. One of my neices, Isabell, turned 7 on Saturday. I just can't believe it's been 7 years. seems like yesterday she was born! That only means I'm getting older :( Oh well huh?! Life is great, I have a great, caring family, and great friends! I just have to remember the good things!

Ouch!

Have you ever fell out of bed??? I did last night, oh and I was alone (as usual) :) Just so you know, it wasn't a fun fall. Probably because I was alone! Kidding...! :) The bad and dumb thing was is that i was fully awake. I had just turned out my light, laid down and realized that I forgot to blow out my candle on the dresser. The dresser is at the foot of my bed. So, I scooted my lazy butt almost to the end of the bed, sat indian crossed, got up on my knees and reached for the candle. At the split second, I knew I was going down because the only thing I had a grasp on was the top of a candle. It happened so fast. Basically the whole left side of my body was gliding down the dresser, my left arm was over my head, so my elbow hit every drawer handle on the way down. (I know you're laughing) It's a nice bruise. I really thought I broke something, it hurt so bad and scared me and I, like a baby, started crying and yelling for my mom. Before I knew it, my mom, dad and my sister laura, that was sleeping in the basement were in my room. They thought someone broke in and was attacking me!!! My mom said "oh honey, what's all over your arm?" I look down and my RIGHT arm is completely covered in hot candle wax! Nice! Oh, I know if anyone saw that they would've had a GREAT laugh!!! Needless to say, I am sore. :) So, that was the "big event" of my week thus far! Hopefully the weekend is better!!!

Hello Everyone,

Like I know a million people and am so popular! :) I'm excited to start writing and put my thoughts down. One of my best friends, Emily turned me onto this blog and said I should start one. I've been meaning to for a long time. Life's been crazy lately! From moving out 8 months ago to Provo, (finally on my own) to now, moving back home. Yay, I am so excited to be back home, I very much missed living with my mom and dad!! I mean, I'm 28 years old, I don't need to be out on my own, that's way too young! For those that know me, know that I'm 100% lying!!! (Even though I love my parents dearly) But, after finding out that my roommate of 4 weeks does drugs, I figured it was a great idea to get the heck outtta there asap! So, I'm home, temporarily! Fun fun fun!!! I'm otherwise doing great. I've started going back to my old Singles Ward up here again that I like!! And I also just landed a great job at Questar in Salt Lake, so I'm so excited for that! Lifes been throwing me curve balls lately, but things are getting better!
